Join our team of high-end hospitality professionals at Aqimero as the Executive Chef. We are looking for someone with experience in hotels and high-end restaurants to supervise and oversee all activities concerning Back-of-House Food & Beverage operations and personnel for Restaurant. You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient, high-quality finished product throughout the restaurant operation as well as for keeping all Restaurant costs within budget. The Executive Chef is responsible for constantly evaluate menu for quality, consistency and trueness to concept, researching new techniques of cooking as well as new products, ensuring exceptional quality experience for all guests, training Sous Chefs, Kitchen Managers, and all hourly BOH employees in all menu items and food production principles, philosophies and practices, by creating and using accurate menu descriptions, kitchen notes and daily BOH director notes, controlling food costs by maintaining product storage requirements, daily work sheets, standardized recipes, and waste control procedures, establishing role as a spokesperson for Restaurant and all of the F&B Operations within the community as well as numerous other responsibilities. We require 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Chef. Previous hotel experience is a plus.
