BAR MANAGER NEEDED ASAP!

This position partners with the General Manager to direct the flow of service and ensure guest satisfaction at our high-end, luxury hotel restaurant. In addition, the Beverage Manager works to ensure proper purchasing levels, delivery, and storage of beverages. This position manages the beverage program for the entire restaurant, including overseeing the weekly liquor, wine, beer & N/A beverage inventory, the physical menus and ensuring accuracy of all items on the menus, and the cleanliness of the bar, liquor, wine, beer, and N.A. beverage storage areas. The Beverage Manager supervises, trains and schedules all floor staff. The manager also works with the Group Sales Director to facilitate all groups and events. In addition, this position contributes to the evolution of service, position in the market, and standard of excellence at the restaurant overall.

Requirements for this position are: 

Previous F&B experience with at least 2 years of Assistant Manager experience or above. Must have managed and purchased liquor in PA before, have an understanding of high end cocktail programs, i.e. ice programs, craft cocktails, classic cocktails, must have previous luxury hotel experience and a strong understanding of steps of service for both bartenders and cocktail servers.
