Richard Sandoval Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Manager to work with our Corporate Marketing Team. Join our team of hospitality professionals in our growing, fast-paced company! 

We are a leading international restaurant group, with over 60 locations spanning the US as well as in Dubai, Mexico, Qatar and Serbia and other locations around the world. The Marketing Manager should have at least 3 years of experience as a Manager in the Marketing and PR field. We are looking for someone who is creative, well-organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently. This position works closely with the marketing team members and the restaurant operations teams to create and execute effective, strategic marketing plans. (more details below)

The salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000 a year, depending on experience. We offer excellent health, dental and vision options after 60 days of employment. Position Description: 

The Marketing Manager will manage all aspects of marketing across RSH, primarily with all owned & operated units in the US in order to build awareness and drive revenues to all restaurants.  The Marketing Manager will assist the Head of Marketing to do the same with licensed properties. To this effect, the Marketing Manager will collaborate with the RSH Executives, Marketing and Operating teams to develop marketing strategies, execute plans, optimize programs, and report on results. The Manager will work with the Marketing and Licensing teams to develop suggested marketing plans and promotional toolkits, as well as assist in providing general direction for all licensed operations and oversee all external agencies.

Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Promote a company culture in which internal and external customer satisfaction is the primary concern

  • Act as a spokesperson for RSH with the intent of driving new business and building a loyal customer base

  • Join relevant organizations and associations  

  • Engage with target networks in the community

  • Maintain knowledge of competition and industry trends.

Team Relations & Management 

  • Develop solid working relationships across departments

  • Interface with all departments to create and execute marketing initiatives

  • Present digital marketing plans and calendars

  • Report on ongoing initiatives; gather feedback and adjust as necessary


  • Develop and work within budget 

  • Track and manage expenses to meet budget on a period, quarter and annual basis 

  • Evaluate return on investment and adjust plans accordingly

Marketing Calendar & Revenue Management

  • Collaborate on the development of annual marketing calendars, including holidays, events, sales promotions and programming.  

  • Work with operations on menus, as well as the mechanics of all programs and sales promotions.  

  • Create and execute supporting promotion plans and planning special events at the restaurants

Content Development, Production & Distribution

  • Manage the development of content for all print and digital marketing materials, including copywriting, photography and graphic design for owned & operated units.

    • Oversee the production and distribution of all print and digital marketing materials for owned & operated units.

Digital Marketing Trends, Strategies & Tactics

  • Stay apprised of trends across digital marketing platforms

  • Provide recommendations for applying new technology

  • Collaborate on digital strategy and tactics that increase awareness and drive conversion via online platforms, including but not limited to

    • Proprietary web sites

    • Third party web sites

    • Online directories and review sites

    • SEO

    • SEM


  • Build & manage owned & operated restaurants

  • Assist license properties with technical inquiries, formatting, and domain management

  • Collaborate with execute team to develop measurable plan to achieve goals, including:

Email Marketing

  • Develop and implement plan to build email databases including but not limited to:

  • Coordinate the distribution of all eblasts


  • Drive development of strategic partnerships and securing opportunities to market to partner networks across digital platforms

Local Store Marketing

  • Manage memberships, partnerships and outreach to local organizations, associations and social groups. 

  • Network with local influencers

  • Develop and manage referral programs.

  • Evaluate and manage donation requests and dine-for-dollar programs.  

  • Develop easily executable and customizable toolkits for local store marketing campaigns.


  • Propose annual advertising plans.

  • Manage all print and digital advertising campaigns.

Private Events Marketing

  • Work with the Catering Manager to develop competitive menus and offerings.  Develop and support a comprehensive private event marketing plan.

Licensed Operations

  • Assist Head of Marketing with developing and sharing toolkits for core programs and sales promotions, recommending promotion plans and provide direction on execution.

  • Monitor execution; ensure that licensed operations adhere to RSR brand standards.
