We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who will partner with the General Manager to direct the flow of service and ensure guest satisfaction at our high-end restaurant. This manager will supervise, train and schedule all floor staff, confer with chefs and other personnel to plan menus, oversee front-of-house supplies and hard goods orders, manage labor costs, and other related activities. This position contributes to the evolution of service, position in the market, and standard of excellence in our restaurant by fostering a culture in which customer satisfaction is the primary concern. The Restaurant Manager also works closely with the Sales and Events Manager to assist with high-quality events. We require at least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or Beverage Manager.
