Come join our team of restaurant professionals as a Sous Chef in our high-end, luxury hotel restaurant. As Sous Chef you will supervise and coordinate all activities concerning back-of-the-house operations and personnel. The Sous Chef is responsible for taking care of guests needs and requests, communicating with front of house and back of house staff and management, managing kitchen staff, ensuring finished product meets all restaurant quality, sanitation, safety, flavor, and appearance standards in order to create a positive kitchen environment and exceptional guest experience. Managing food and labor costs while maintaining excellence is critical.
